Log in to your Wrkdn account
As soon as you’re logged in, you’ll notice a blue chat icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.Open the Intercom chat window
Click the chat icon to open the Intercom panel. You’ll be greeted with a welcome message—something like, “Hi! How can we help?”Start a new conversation
Select “Send us a message” to write a quick note about your issue or question. Be as detailed as possible so our team can help you faster!Send your request
Once you’ve typed out your message, hit Send. Our support team will reply as soon as they can—you can keep an eye on the Intercom panel for updates.
