Email Communications

When you’re configuring a system of Controls and Projects, you may need to facilitate conversation between the system and your employees or team members. In most corporate environments, the simplest way to do this is via email.

For predefined Controls and Projects, the email communication setting is already in place. However, if you’re building a custom Control or creating a Project from scratch, there are a few additional steps you need to take:

  1. Add a Communication Step
While working on the Project, add a step describing the action you want to perform—such as sending a report—and specify the email address or user name that should receive it.

  2. Review and Finalize
Once you have set up this step and run a Project, WrkdCommander will handle the communication automatically when the Project runs.

That’s it! Following these steps ensures your email communications are properly configured, making it easy to send reports or updates to the right people.
