How Adentris is organized

A quick tour of the left-hand navigation, so you always know where to go for what you need.

Adentris is a few focused products that share the same records. Once you know what each area in the left navigation is for, finding your way around takes seconds.

The Adentris left navigation with Records, Compliance, Coding, Billing, Reports, and System

The left navigation is the map of the product. Everything below lives in one of these areas.

The main areas

  • Records is the patient list, and every individual record with its data and documents. It is where you go to look at one specific patient.

  • Compliance is documentation review. Inside it you will find Intelligence (the organization-wide dashboard), Topics (the work queue of what needs action), Controls and Library (the checks and the rule packs that power them), plus Projects and Reports.

  • Coding is pre-bill coding review, with revenue and audit-risk findings on each claim.

  • Billing is where claims and billing workflows live.

  • Reports gives you exports and summaries across the whole workspace.

  • System holds workspace and account settings.

A simple way to think about it

If you want to look at one patient, start in Records. If you want to work across all patients, for example clearing everything that is overdue, start in Compliance. The articles in this guide are grouped the same way, so you can always find the section that matches where you are in the product.
