Open any patient from the Records list and you land on their Overview. This is the single page that tells you who the patient is, where they stand in every part of Adentris, and what data the platform is working from.
The record Overview. Status across products sits at the top, with the structured record data below.
The header carries the essentials: name, EMR ID, admission date, whether the record is active, and how it was added. You can also upload an insurance card from here.
Status across products
These cards are the fast answer to where this patient stands:
Compliance shows open topics, how many are high severity, and how many are tracked in total.
Coding shows whether there are claims in review.
Documents shows how many documents are on the record, and how many were uploaded versus generated.
Billing shows whether billing is activated for the account.
Each card is a doorway. Selecting one takes you straight into that product for this patient.
Record data, and why it matters
Below the status cards is the structured information every module leans on. Keeping it accurate is not busywork: it is what lets Adentris apply the right rules, verify benefits, and bill at the right level of care.
Patient Information: the basic demographics used everywhere.
Subscriber Information: the insurance subscriber, who is sometimes a parent or spouse rather than the patient.
Primary Insurance: payor, member and group IDs, and the fields needed to verify benefits and submit a clean claim.
Admission and Clinical: status, admission and discharge dates, level of care, facility, specialty, and provider. These drive compliance rules, authorization, and level-of-care-specific billing.
Anything on these cards can be corrected with Edit. The tabs at the top move you between Overview, Documents, and Activity.
