The Intelligence dashboard

Your organization-wide view of compliance: where money and regulatory risk sit, what is overdue, and what to tackle first.

Compliance > Intelligence is the top-down view across all of your active patients. If you own a program or lead compliance, this is the screen to start your day on. Its subtitle sets the tone: these are risk magnitudes, not a pass or fail score.

The Intelligence dashboard with exposure and open-problem tiles

The Intelligence dashboard shows exposure at the top and where problems concentrate below.

The headline tiles

  • Financial exposure: the denial and clawback dollars sitting across your open findings.

  • Regulatory exposure: how many regulatory findings are open across current evaluations.

  • Active patients, and the number of evaluated entities behind them, so you know the scale being reviewed.

  • Open problems: the total count of open compliance issues.

  • Breached now: items past their deadline that need action today.

  • On watch: timers that are running but have not breached yet, which is your early-warning list.

Where the risk is coming from

Open problems by entity type ranks the areas driving the most issues, for example a state licensing zone, the master treatment plan, or a 42 CFR Part 2 readiness zone. The Problem mix chart shows the same breakdown visually. Together they tell you where to point your team for the biggest reduction in risk.

Use the date range at the top to focus on a period, Ask AI to ask questions of the data in plain language, and Export to pull the numbers into a report or a board deck.
