The per-patient view: every document and form, its status, the risk attached, and exactly what is breached.

Selecting a patient from Topics opens their complete list of documents and forms, each with its own status. This is where you decide, document by document, what needs to happen. The example below uses demo data.

A patient's documents and forms with statuses and risk

A patient view. Breached documents are flagged with what is not met and the risk attached.

Reading a document row

  • The document name and tags, such as the document type and the level-of-care requirements it is checked against.

  • The compliance group it belongs to.

  • Its status: Complete, or BREACHED with how many checks are not met and since when.

  • The financial risk in denial dollars, and a regulatory risk value, so you can weigh the two.

Documents marked Complete need nothing from you, so you can move past them. Breached documents are the ones to open. Related forms are grouped together, so something like an informational acknowledgment set collapses into a single line until you expand it, which keeps a busy record readable.

Select any document to open its evaluation and see exactly which checks ran and what the AI read.
