Adentris handles protected health information, and the whole platform is built around that responsibility. If your compliance or security team is evaluating Adentris, this is the short version to start with.

Certifications and standards

  • HIPAA: Adentris is HIPAA compliant.

  • SOC 2: Adentris is SOC 2 certified.

  • 42 CFR Part 2: our audit is in progress, and Adentris is already built to operate under Part 2 today, including the consent, authorization, revocation, and disclosure requirements that govern SUD confidentiality.

How access and actions are controlled

  • Role-based access: findings are routed to the right role, and people see what their role should see.

  • Audit logging: decisions are recorded, so there is always a complete trail of who decided what and when.

  • No autonomous changes: Adentris never edits your chart. It surfaces and explains, and a person decides. There is no path by which the AI silently alters a record.
