How access and actions are controlled
Role-based access: findings are routed to the right role, and people see what their role should see.
Audit logging: decisions are recorded, so there is always a complete trail of who decided what and when.
No autonomous changes: Adentris never edits your chart. It surfaces and explains, and a person decides. There is no path by which the AI silently alters a record.
